“I just had hand reflexology done for the first time, hoping to get some relief with my arthritic hands. Not only was the pain reduced, I could not believe the improvement with my range of motion! After only 4 treatments I could fully clench my fists again! During my intake discission, I also mentioned that I experience frequent headaches, so I take a lot of over the counter pain relief meds, and I also have psoriasis on my leg. Cassandra focused on this during her sessions, and also showed me some reflexology exercises that I could do on my own at home in between visits. I am amazed at how helpful the sessions and exercises have been in reducing my headaches, and my psoriasis has significantly improved and no longer bothers me.
