Focused Energy Check-in (Returning Clients Only)

Description
A Focused Energy Check-In is a shorter support session for clients who have already completed an initial or full energy healing session.

This session is designed for one clear area of focus, intention, or energetic need. Depending on what feels most supportive, it may include Reiki, one focused Emotion Code layer, grounding, intuitive energetic support, or integration care.

This is a beautiful option when you do not need a full session, but would benefit from a brief reset, a little extra support between deeper sessions, or help integrating previous work.

Please note: this session is not intended to replace a full Reiki, Emotion Code, or Integrative Energy Healing session. For deeper, layered concerns, a full-length session is recommended.
