Emotion Code is a focused energy-based method used to identify and release trapped emotional energy.
These trapped emotions may be connected to long-held stress, recurring patterns, emotional heaviness, physical discomfort, ancestral or family themes, or experiences the system has not fully processed.
Emotion Code does not replace medical care, therapy, or physical treatment. It can be a supportive complementary layer when you sense there may be more beneath the surface.
Siam Reiki may be included when a release feels like it would benefit from extra grounding, clearing, or integration.
